The value chain in infrastructure development is currently highly fragmented. This leads to unnecessarily high overhead costs and margins due to the numerous levels, unnecessarily increasing the cost of development. Furthermore, numerous communication interfaces arise between these levels, resulting in a mix of responsibilities and a constant "ping-pong" of jurisdictions.
